Spa Policy


Spa Services are available Monday through Saturday. No Spa services are available on Sundays.
Although walk-ins are welcome they are subject to availability. To ensure the timeliest service, we recommend that you schedule an appointment and that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your service.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the extremely high volume of our customers wanting to book with our talented technicians, we are requiring a credit card to hold your appointment time. This will guarantee your time with your technician and insure the time is filled for our technicians. You must call to cancel 24 hours ahead of time in order to not be charged for your service.  48 hours ahead of time is required to cancel spa days and spa party bookings.
Our Spa is a place for relaxation. Please turn off all cell phones and other electronic devices in our spa for your peach of mind and that of our guests. Please bring your children only if they have an appointment.
We recommend that you leave your valuables at home. A locker will be provided to you. Top Designers can not be liable if a valuable is lost or stolen.
Gratuities are not included in the service fee. In appreciation for outstanding services, feel free to leave gratuities for your service providers. Our front desk staff will be delighted to assist you.
Booking Policy
A credit card is required to hold all spa services and chemical services when they are booked.
